Architected and deployed a custom production web platform managing 24+ commercial and residential assets across 3 states, scoring 98+ on Google Lighthouse performance benchmarks. Engineered dynamic dual-portfolio data pipelines with Next.js server actions and { cache: 'no-store' } controls, reducing Google Sheets sync latency from ~150s timeouts to real-time (<200ms) updates. Designed a mobile-first UI with viewport-locking gesture rails, fluid custom image fallbacks, and a dark institutional aesthetic.
